Terms of Service
Bongsudae is a tool for people who run a small business. A user connects their own social accounts and publishes video they made to those accounts. There is no charge and no paid tier.
봉수대는 작은 가게를 운영하는 분들을 위한 도구입니다. 사용자가 자신의 소셜 계정을 직접 연결해, 자신이 만든 영상을 그 계정에 발행합니다. 이용료나 유료 등급이 없습니다.
1. What the service does 서비스 내용
Bongsudae makes short videos about everyday situations in a small shop and publishes them to the social accounts the user connected. It provides video production, publishing and scheduling, and after-the-fact review of aggregate figures.
봉수대는 자영업 매장의 일상을 소재로 한 짧은 영상을 만들어, 사용자가 연결한 소셜 계정에 게시하는 도구입니다. 영상 제작, 게시 예약, 게시 후 집계 확인 기능을 제공합니다.
2. Who uses it, and whose accounts 이용 대상과 계정
A user connects their own accounts, themselves, through each platform's official login. Bongsudae does not publish on behalf of a third party's account and does not pass account credentials to anyone else.
사용자가 각 플랫폼의 공식 로그인으로 자신의 계정을 직접 연결해 사용합니다. 제3자의 계정을 대행하여 게시하지 않으며, 계정 정보를 타인에게 제공하지 않습니다.
3. Rights in the content 콘텐츠의 권리와 책임
- The characters, backgrounds and audio this tool renders with are material the operator holds rights to or is licensed to use. 이 도구가 만드는 영상의 캐릭터·배경·음원은 운영자가 권리를 갖고 있거나 사용이 허락된 소재만 씁니다.
- Responsibility for published content rests with the operator. 게시되는 콘텐츠에 대한 책임은 운영자에게 있습니다.
- No individual or business is named. Material is reduced to a type from public cases and anonymised; the result is fiction and is unrelated to any actual person or shop. 특정 개인이나 사업장을 지목하지 않습니다. 소재는 공개된 사례에서 유형만 뽑아 익명화한 것이며, 실제 인물·상호와 무관한 창작입니다.
4. Platform rules 연결한 플랫폼의 규정
When publishing to YouTube, Instagram, Threads or TikTok, Bongsudae follows each platform's community guidelines and developer terms. Each platform may restrict content under its own policy, and we respect that judgement.
각 플랫폼에 게시할 때는 그 플랫폼의 커뮤니티 가이드라인과 개발자 약관을 따릅니다. 각 플랫폼은 자신의 정책에 따라 콘텐츠를 제한할 수 있으며, 그 판단을 존중합니다.
5. What is not allowed 금지하는 것
- Connecting an account you are not authorised to use. 사용 권한이 없는 계정을 연결하는 것.
- Publishing content that identifies, targets or defames a specific person or business. 특정 개인이나 사업장을 지목·표적으로 삼거나 명예를 훼손하는 콘텐츠를 게시하는 것.
- Using the service in a way that breaks a connected platform's terms. 연결한 플랫폼의 약관을 어기는 방식으로 이용하는 것.
6. Disclaimer 보증의 부인
This tool is provided as is. Changes or outages in external APIs may stop features from working, and no warranty is given against that.
이 도구는 있는 그대로 제공됩니다. 외부 API 의 변경이나 장애로 기능이 동작하지 않을 수 있으며, 그에 대해 보증하지 않습니다.
